I had a terrible visit and advise others to stay away, especially during evening hours. I ordered a few sandwiches at the drive... thru and when I say they came cold and soggy, I mean sitting out for hours or from the refrigerator cold and soggy. That wasntthe worst part though, the part that concerned me is that the burgers I ordered had a chemical taste like floor cleaner had goton them. Hopefully the store manager can look into this. Also, the drive thru employee left her mic on after taking my order andI could hear them making insulting comments about my order and the customer waiting at the window. Disrespectful Read more
1st time eating here. Was very surprised by the service and the quality of the food. Both was terrific. Will defiantly return.
Fast and friendly staff. Didn?t complain when I asked questions about the menu and brought out our food really quickly.
The drive through was fast and the food was warm and the fries didn't taste of old oil. Overall this was a positive experience... in contrast to some of the Wendy's I have experienced in other cities. There needs to be more meat on the burgers but I supposethat's probably above the pay grade of a franchisee. Read more
My order was wrong. Fries were cold us and one other family was the only ones there. While we were eating a young girl from the... kitchen went out onto the floor and started making out with her boyfriend that was playing on his phone while she was on theclock. Both ketchup dispensers were empty and the tables were dirty floor dirty .trash full I counted 5 employees thatevening. Just don't think I'm going back. Read more
