Came to pick up an order placed through Postmates. They didn?t have the order when I arrived and looked for until realizing that... it was placed through Postmates. I was then informed that the Postmates orders apparently don?t automatically go through intotheir ticketing system and that you ?have to come in and place it yourself? That being said, the man at the counter thengrabbed a tablet to look at the order and placed it in the system. Seems that they don?t bother to place these orders themselvesunless otherwise prompted even though the orders do come through to them but still have to be entered by them manually, leadingto unexpectedly long wait times for everyone. Have they started putting black pepper on the pizza if they seem your custom order too boring? The last two times I've ordered,... there has been black pepper (and not just a little) all over the cheese+mango+no sauce pizza for my child. She's always soexcited to see the pizza, and then disappointed when it is all peppery and gross. The pizza for the adults is always awesome (5star) and the best vegan pizzas we've found in the area. To whom it may concern, I went to Otto on 202 Massachusetts Avenue on Saturday, November 23 at approximately 9:25PM. As soon as... I entered the pizzeria, I was asked if I was here to pick-up an order. I responded saying that I am here to order in the store. The customer service was terrible. I was rushed to make an order and got my pizza heated up for 10 seconds. I requested to haveit to stay. However, the cashier rudely said that all the tables were cleaned and was currently not seating any customers, because they were closing. Upon opening the pizza box, I was surprised to see the slices carelessly thrown in. To top off thehorrible experience at Otto, the pizza was THE WORST I have ever had. There was barely any tomato sauce and the dough was spreadout so thinly that the light was able to shine through it. I was basically eating a cold cheese flatbread. I am extremelydisappointed, not to mention how incredibly expensive it was for the quality and service that was provided. I have attachedpictures of the slices as proof of how poor the quality was. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously. Thankyou, Lawrence Read more

A little pricey but the quality speaks for itself, best pizza I've ever had on the east coast to date!!! They make the crust... perfectly mixed hybrid between doughy and crunchy, the pizza sauce was to die for, and the over-all quality was 10/10! Read more

Yes this is some of the best pizza I have ever had if not the best. Elegant, artisan design and taste with a street pizza feel.... Perfect. More importantly they make the best hands down gluten free pizza I have ever had. On top of it the hospitality isfantastic. This is my new Pizza spot! Read more

Great big pizzas with lots of rich toppings and fluffy crust. Vegan cheese makes this an option for vegans and dairy-free people... alike. Read more

This is the small Mashed Potato, Bacon & Scallion ($13.50). I knew there would be leftovers, so I ordered it in a to-go box. I... must admit that the Lynnfield location was MUCH more generous with the bacon. They were also better at evenly distribute thetoppings. This is a very tasty pizza. It's a funny shaped room, and it didn't work for Comella's. Read more
