Standard Starbucks in convenient location (decent parking although can get full when Trader Joe's is busy). This store has... limited indoor seating, but they also have a small patio if you want to sit outdoors. Easy access from the bike path. Read more
Amazing Staff, very Friendly and of course we all Love the Coffee ? ?
Lighting shines right in your face no matter where you sit. AC is cranked up way too high. Service is the only thing that... gives it any stars pleasant, attentive and quick to complete the order. Thanks to the employees! Latte foam is milky and lackstexture...tastes watered down. Sugar in the macha powder...ruins the taste. Regular tea is brewed in plastic tea bags! Way toruin good things Starbucks! Started mopping 30 minutes before closing...slippery to those with some physical disabilies and badfor those with asthma reactions to various chemicals. Read more
I'm not too sure why they have horrible reviews, I'm a worker at Trader Joe's and I love the staff at Starbucks and am happy... with the service they provide and the drinks are always great. Read more
I wish I could give zero stars for the experience my husband had at this store. My husband usually get my and his coffee at this... location on my Starbucks app with my name. Today was missing one coffee and the barista (from nowhere) yelled at him saying thathe didn?t order a coffee and he will not give him a free coffee. My husband super calm showed him the order and show him that wedon?t need a free coffee when you order and paid for the coffee and you didn?t receive the coffee. This employee got moreannoyed that he got ?blind? on his rudeness. That he forgot to see that in the paper receipt shows how many items that orderhas. The order my husband ordered had 3 items on the receipt and my husband just had 2 items with him. Not even a sorry he gotbut sad for this employee. it?s not my husband fault if you didn?t see what was missing right?! The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Understandable that COVID protocols are in place, which I totally support. However, I... an a Notary and for some notarial acts I have to be in a public location and my client picked that particular location. One ofthe associates was rude in explaining that we could not stand around. The message was not the issue, it was how it was conveyedand I felt embarrassed that this associate did that around my client. Read more
