I am chocked of the agressively of the lady I went there to have dinner once i came in first of all she told me ( and i precise... not even hi ) go and sit wherever you want Just let you know we don't take credit card we have no internet So i said ok and iwas having empathy so i asked and how are you guys doing for the orders on line she yelled at me " listen i have problem now itell you you pay cash everything is shut down i can not change anything" so i told her you may change the way you talk tocustomer I am a regular customer i order on line almost every week and this doesn't matter you know if you want to keep yourcostless this is not the way you talk to them you are talking very loud and it's not professional Do she yelled at me " goaway!!! I don't want your business i have a lot to deal with now !!!! This restaurant has been our go-to take-out Thai place during the last two years, so this review is not a reflection on food as... the food is really tasty! However, the latest interaction with a staff member, while placing a phone order was unacceptable tome as a customer. The lady was rude and sounded irritated :( Please consider training your staff as customer service clearlyneeds improvement, as evidenced by other reviews also. Read more
Ordered recently from them, and the orange chicken was three tiny pieces of chicken with a lot of just batter deep fried. Very... sad, one the worst item on their menu. The Crispy duck was way-way tooo deep fried with parts quite burnt, rather than crisp.Sadly not going to order from here again. Not happy with this past experience. This used to be our favorite Thai place in Arlington but not anymore. If you order though DOORDASH, they will cancel your order... last minute and when you call to ask what happened, the lady on the phone will tell you that she doesn’t want to “giveDoorDash %30 and so if you give me your credit card, I can have your food delivered by my own driver”. This is after havinghigher prices listed on DD. Now for the food, the pad Thai is great, the Bangkok rice is excellent but DO NOT GET THE ORNAGECHICKEN! it’s nothing but crust. There is no chicken in it. We spent $50 with tip and delivery on 3 dishes and will not beordering anymore from here. Read more
Pad Thai and Pineapple fried rice one of the best in two. Basil chicken was alright. The food portion was decent and the... service was fast and good. Parking is an issue since it's right off the main road. Read more
