The food was Great and hospitality was AWESOME! Menu prices are very reasonable. Spinach artichoke dip came out piping hot with... very warm pita bread slices. Our entrees came out so fast. My pulled pork sandwich was tender and filling. Sweet potato frieswere cooked just right. I am very picky about overcooked sweet potato fries. Cole slaw was not tasty to me, and I was glad thatI ordered it on the side and not on my sandwich. My husband ordered the “Pig Pile” which was a huge heaping of homemade MacN Cheese with pulled pork, bacon, and onion strings. He fell in love with this entree and couldn’t eat it all. Lunch here was excellent. Creamy cauliflower soup with bacon and the fried chicken sandwich at the suggestion of the server. My... companion had the house salad and turkey tips with vegetable fried rice. Nice day, windows open to street. One drawback, streetparking only but that's to be expected in the city. Read more
We had dinner at outside table. Feels more social distanced somehow. (Actually indoor dining is same because windows are all... wide open). Food is tasty but feels very high calories, definitely can add up to your “winter layer”???? chicken wings andburger are great! I ordered “Paneed Chicken”. Slightly sour flavor which reduced a lot of heavy gravy taste. Greatcombination with some cooked kale underneath and fried “cloudy” dough around the whole plate. Nothing about this place disappointed us! Amazing wine and cocktails, great food! Their Halibut in the July special was the... best! Add a crispy chicken sandwich and stuff shrimp peppers to it and you get a perfect rainy summer evening. Read more
HOLY expensive.. but the flavor is there! Definitely the best shrimp I’ve had in all of Boston. My friend got the fish and... chips.. which clearly wasn’t as flavorful as my dish.. but generally pretty great for fried fish.. batter could be improvedwith seasoning and consistent leveled ratio of batter/fish.. I would prefer to rate this 3.5.. Both my friend and I didn’tleave feeling full.. but already spent over $33 per plate before tip.. Read more
