Can never order online, nine times out of ten their card reader isn't working & you have to use cash if you even carry cash, the... quality is terrible, the customer service is terrible, the food is constantly inconsistent and you seldom get what youordered, they have little to no chips, the store isn't clean. Idk if they changed management or what, but it went from beinggreat to being awful. In a town that has virtually no food options, now Lenny's isn't an option either. Read more
I watched sweat drop off the workers face and on to my sub multiple times and they had 0 chip options as well as only 3 cookies... left. Also took 30 minutes to get food. Terrible consistency unlike other Lenny?s which are great! Read more
Customer service is pretty good. But the consistency of the subs is non existent as well as the quality. Ordered a cheese steak... ONCE. If I owned this place I would be embarrassed. Bacon burnt and in pieces. Asked for extra relish and barely got any. Read more
The staff here are great. They get special requests right and take care to make sure orders are correct.
We asked for the combos and the guy didn?t ring it up right I come here often and never have had this issue.When asked he could... of corrected the problem instead he didn?t do anything i just simply paid and warn others!!! Read more
Ordered from this location a while back and they couldn't have messed up much worse than they did. We ordered 3 subs and 3... chips. 2 of the 3 subs were made wrong and we received 1 bag of chips total. Have tried to contact the store and the manager butso far no appropriate response. Have been to a lot of Lenny's around town but won't be back to this one! Read more
The dining area is filthy, literally. No ice in the soda machine, 4 employees working, 2 customers total and no one is behind... the counter nor are they cleaning. I doubt it has been cleaned in several months. Read more
