i went in to smoothie king earlier this week and immediately noticed the attitude. me and two of my friends asked if we could... interview them on the business for a school grade. after asking, the girl working the register was very rude and looked at theother girl working and said ?these children want to film us? in a rude tone. the girl she said that to turned around with anugly look and said ?no.? while waving her hand up and turned right back around. there was another customer in there and he evengave a shocked look once this incident took place. we understand that some people don?t want to and that is okay/understandablebut it was all about the tone and attitude that immediately come off. this also is not the first time i?ve heard about therudeness here. i work in an environment where i?m always dealing with customers and even on my bad days i have never given norexperienced such bad attitudes and rudeness. on top of that the place was disgusting. the fruit was all brown and looked old.i?m including the picture i took of the bananas for people to see. i do NOT recommend coming to this place unless you want a badexperience. Arrived at 7:45pm and was told that they could not take my order because they were preparing for closing. I asked what time they... normally close and the girls said 8:00. I then asked again could they take my order. After some whispering between them theyreluctantly took my order. This will cause customers to not came back. Read more
A bit pricey, but this location has excellent food and excellent staff. I especially enjoy the pumpkin smoothies.
Never coming back here. Rude employees and it makes you feel uncomfortable. Need to hire new people.
