The Taco Bell in Arlington, TN on Airline Rd., near Hwy 40 is fairly new and it looks really nice, but you never know what type... of service you'll receive. I went there on Nov.8, 2022 and ordered a steak burrito and nacho fries ????. The fries were verycold and the lady at the window did not put any sauce in my bag or ask me. She was really rude and not nice at all. This notthe first time I went to this establishment and was treated not nice. The way you treat your customers matter. Read more
Dining room Was locked. So I had to wait in a huge line in the drive thru. But the people working in the drive thru were so... nice!!! It was a welcomed treat. My only issue was the wait and they forgot one of my tacos. Lol I think I forgive them sincethey are so nice!!!! Read more

Saddest excuse for Taco's I've ever had. Very minimal ANYTHING in the shells on mine or my son's and the beef was Cold! The... place was very nice like it was brand new but they definitely have some training to do with the employee's!! Read more
The drive through was horrendously slow, and then I was told they didn't have the crispy chicken to complete my mobile order.... Thankfully the workers had great attitudes and were willing to sub out other items with little persuading on my part. Still notworth the time it took though. Read more
We were told to ?hold on one moment? and literally sat there for almost 10 minutes. We pulled to the window and the lady argued... with us, stated we were going to have to drive around and repeat the whole process again. This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. The soft taco supreme weren't folded properly like they just threw it... in the bag, food was COLD when i arrived to work which was only 2 minutes away and was dry! Never again! Read more
Ordered a veggie burrito and it was made with beef. I don?t live in the area so getting a remake was not an option. People have... sensitivities to certain foods and order their food the way they do for a reason. Please read the order thoroughly instead ofassuming it?s the default item because you can make people extremely sick.
