Stood for 10min waiting to place an order. When I was finally acknowledged, lady didn't even leave the line. Just nonchalantly... said "our line is out we called IT." Not even an apology. Waited in line for near 15 minutes after placing what I thought would be a simple order of a plain chicken breast and a side of... bacon w/ unsweetened tea no ice (because I can't have sugar) and I got some sort of chicken bacon and ranch sandwich smotheredin sauce and tea with ice. This place is usually solid however on 11/17/2022 at 11:40 pm- 12 I saw 3 to 4 employees walk out and stand next to a car in the... parking lot that was clearly not a customer, and I see employees walk in and out of the store.
