In drive thru, I bought 2 lg chili and a hot and honey sandwich , all for $14.02; when back at ofc, the staff shorted me the... sandwich; I was not given a receipt at drive thru window but do have a charge on my visa; tried to call around lunch yesterdayand just now 10:25am, but no one answered phone. Stood for 10min waiting to place an order. When I was finally acknowledged, lady didn't even leave the line. Just nonchalantly... said "our line is out we called IT." Not even an apology. Myself and three individuals in line left. So disappointed...wantedWendy's last couple of days. The Whopper was very tasty. Won't return to this location. Thanks. Read more

Waited in line for near 15 minutes after placing what I thought would be a simple order of a plain chicken breast and a side of... bacon w/ unsweetened tea no ice (because I can't have sugar) and I got some sort of chicken bacon and ranch sandwich smotheredin sauce and tea with ice. Was very disappointed. I should have checked my food before leaving but why can't we rely on anythingat all anymore? $7 wasted. Read more
Won?t be going back, no sign on door was told they are remodeling when I can see someone inside eating. The person who stopped... me on the unlocked door with no sign told me that?s an employee and they are closed for remodel when I asked about the personeating. Could have put a sign up or been a little nicer. Anyways Burger King is a few doors down and the customer service andfood is much better when compared to Wendy?s. Read more
I am writing this review because for us to have ordered $25 worth of food and requested our food to be fresh just to be told... they cook everything fresh at this time and get these disgusting fries and the core of the Lettuce is beyond upsetting!! Being aformer Fast food employee and manager of several other establishments I can honestly say the level of customer service andquality of food that was provided to my family this evening is very disappointing yet people give less than half a** service andwant an increase in minimum wage like how lol. I would not waste my time going to this Wendy's especially at nightOrdered a large chili got a half-full or did the bacon... cheddar double meat hamburger got to Baby pieces of bacon. It took 7 times of Me call the store for them to answer my call. Thenthe team leader who did answer sounded asleep or high. I will be calling the bbb and the corporate office tomorrow!!!!!!! This place is usually solid however on 11/17/2022 at 11:40 pm- 12 I saw 3 to 4 employees walk out and stand next to a car in the... parking lot that was clearly not a customer, and I see employees walk in and out of the store. Not sure whats going on butprobably needs to be looked into by a manager. Read more
