The young black girI (I think her name is Akina or something like that,) NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I gave her my... credit card in the drive thru and she kept my card and went and did some other stuff while keeping my card and then when theyfinally got my bag ready she handed it back to me after about 5 or 6 minutes. I addressed her and told her "when someone payswith a credit card in the drive thru that you immediately give they card back to them, not go around and be doing other stuffbefore you give it back" she got mad and said "Well we got too much stuff going on to do that" and it was only like one personin there and then slammed the window in my face without saying thank you or anything. I talked to the manager there But youknow they never do anything about anything on store level, that's why you have to get a hold of corporate office. Read more
Went thru the drive thru, purchased 1 large beef & cheddar, 1 medium beef & cheddar, large fry and 2 1.00 lemonades. Had told... the guy when I got to the window that last time I came thru they had gotten my order wrong. I didn't realize it until I hadgotten home. He could of cared less to what I had to say. He tried to give me large lemonades with my current order and I toldhim I wanted the 1.00 lemonades that were advertised. He then picked the 2 large lemonades up and poured them out right in frontof me and gave me small lemonades which is not what's advertised. I said something about it, his response was I have to ring itup as a small so that's what you get. #1 he could of given to me considering they messed my last order up. #2 go ahead and wasteproduct driving cost up and #3 he needs to lose the attitude. I wasn't ugly about any of it. They need someone else working thatwindow. My price went fron 24 to 21 getting the 1.00 lemonades. Read more
