I had not been to this Boston market in a while so I decided to stop by and ask for a family meal for three two weeks ago. The... young lady who didn?t look presentable told me we are only selling quarter chicken. Then, I asked if they had fresh sidesbecause the food they had there looked really dry and she said we are cooking it you would have to wait 20 mins. Read more
The entire time I was there I felt like I was bothering the employees. There was no one else in the store but I still felt like... I was a problem. It felt like there was a joke that I wasn't getting. After we paid and were leaving we were asked if we wantedthe cornbread that comes with the meal. At that point it wasn't worth the time to wait and bother the employees further. We alsoasked if they were out of anything when we walked in, and were told it was only the meatloaf gone. However, when we attempted toorder for advertised items on the window that were not meatloaf, they stated they didn't have those items. I thought it was a one time thing. I ordered from BM on Little Rd Arlington 3 times. Each time they forgot my sides and corn... bread, didn't have my drink twice, and didn't give me my desert. I thought I was being smart by picking up my own order and theygave me the wrong sides and no drink. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE and needs to do a staff override or a complete shutdown!!! Read more
Twice I get there at 8pm they have most of the lights off like if they closed u don?t know if they are open or close I went by... today at 5pm staff was just on their phone sitting in the lobby I went by their food display and everything was dry I asked herif she had any spinach and she told me regional manager forgot to order some we will have some on Tuesday I?m done with thislocation never again.
