I've ordered delivery here so many times and it has usually been satisfactory, aside from a smaller than average pizcookie here... and there. I love their massive amount of gluten free options on the menu. Now I've recently visited the actual restaurant andthe experience was alright too. I really loved the decor and venue, our server was great, and my gluten free chocolate chippizcookie was good, but maybe a bit overdone. Overall, if they were just a bit more consistent with their portion sizes and howdone their food is, it could take this place to 5 stars. Read more
I am one who eats healthy for the most part. I really like getting the Caesar salad and adding the chicken. The chicken has good... flavor and if you want a little spicy the blackened chicken is good. I want to give 5 stars but every time I get this about aquarter or so of the lettuce is bad. I wish they would make sure the lettuce is fresh. Read more

Edit: Its bold of BJs to assume that I didn't not immediately bring it up to our server, who then notified the manager and took... the item off of our ticket. This is a BJs menu and website issue for not disclosing bacon in the item. I have not eaten pork in25 years or meat in 5 years, so how is the manager supposed to be improved or made right after you didn't disclose that therewas meat in an item? The manager cannot just simply update the menu and description online. This is a corporate BJs issue. Dobetter. May 2022- The menu is revamped, which is great. Many more vegetarian options now. However, nowhere on the new menu doesthe fried cous cous mac and cheese state there is bacon in it. After we found bacon, we looked at the online menu. No mention ofit there. Then I went to the regular cous cous mac and cheese on the menu where it said there was bacon. It would be nice forvegetarian menu items to be identified like the GF items. Read more
The waiter was nice but our order was incorrect and had many errors. I ordered cherry chipotle glaze wings but was given buffalo... wings. We requested buffalo,ranch and steak sauce SEVERAL times before receiving them. The pink cadillac martini was 3/4's fullso I requested another one. We ordered steak with onions, mushrooms and garlic butter but the special request was lackingonions & garlic butter. I won't even mention the chicken pot stickers as we had to return them also. Lastly, the side ofasparagus was SAD. We gave it three stars because the food we did enjoy was tasty. However we've dined for 1.5hrs due to all ofthe errors. ???? Read more

Been here once or twice but this time definitely will not be bringing me back to start off the waitress takes over 20 minutes to... reach our table after we have been seated already after that my wife orders a chicken Alfredo pasta and somehow they ended up“mixing up” a piece of spaghetti in there and the best thing our server can say is I’m sorry after that I check my burgerthat I had asked for plain and dry to find almost every topping on it and the best thing the server can offer is a new bottombun if you eat here be prepared for a headache. Should be ashamed of themselves, but I know they’re not as they seen this burnt item and still bagged it up. It seems that... when you order delivery, these restaurants couldn’t care less about the quality of food they’re sending out after you pay.Literally charges close to $15 for a “pizookie” which is an increase anyway, just for it to be burnt to a crisp and hardenough to be used as a puck. I can’t even tell what flavor this was supposed to be, but surely did not order scorched! I’mlivid because delivery fees aren’t cheap and neither was my order.
