Good is as great as always in any Blaze. Great people, friendly attitude and nice ambience. The place is understaffed totally.... Order took forever to fill in and get it done. But place isn't over crowded or anything. There are no forks, no straws and noone to refill them. Asking someone at the counter didn't help either. I order the keto pizza, being on the keto diet sometimes it?s hard to find good food. This pizza is really good, you can?t... compare it to the normal crust. Overall it was good and has flavor. Food is fine. Nothing amazing. Crust isn't flavored cheesy bread isn't cheesy at all and has no flavor. Caesar salad was nasty... and mostly had turned red. Overall I won't come back. Read more

I have been loyal to this location for years and have usually had exceptional pizzas, but that changed today. I'm not sure what... happened this last time, but the pizza I was given was watery and unappetizing. The BBQ sauce wasn't sauce, but was liquidy withthe consistency of water and there were black flakes all over the top of my pizza, which means they seriously need to cleantheir oven. The crust also had an unpleasant burnt taste, which was the boldest flavor on this bland, messy pizza. This wasprobably my last time visiting. Edit: I've seen some reviews mentioning new management, which could explain why things went sowrong tonight. The ingredients on the pizza did not seem fresh at all and my pineapple was chewy. Perhaps quality is beingsacrificed in favor of profit. Edit #2: Noticed a lot of fake 5-star reviews lately. Think it's safe to say this place is nolonger worth visiting. Oh well. Very first time at Blaze and it was amazing!! The customer service was great and I had a wonderful chat with the patrons... preparing my pizza for me and they were very helpful in describing what certain toppings were. The pizza itself deserves another5 stars! It was so scrumptious I scarfed down two pieces before I could take the pictures! Read more
Have been going to blaze across the country for years! One of my favorites. This Arlington location was no exceptions till... management changed. All employees look lost, the time it takes to make a pizza is painstakingly long, and the manager is goingaround bossing the employees around in front of the customers. 3 of the employees expressed their frustration with the changessince their new manager started last week. It's not that hard to make a pizza, management needs to figure out how to give theirteam efficient direction, and keep the blaze culture/process standard to the other locations. As I'm writing this review, themanager had an altercation with a customer about an online order that was 25 min behind the pick up time, and the manager toldthe customer "don't come back if you don't want to wait" wow nice job blaze recruiting! ?
