Let's be honest, if you're looking for great food, you'll never find it at a sports bar. Although our waitress was great, my... food and drinks came out very fast but I can tell the wings & eggrolls were already cooked & just warmed up prior to beingserved. Went for drinks and a late snack. Had chicken tenders and fries a sangria margarita (it was okay) and some other drink. The... tenders were the best of all that was purchased. Service and food quality was terrible at best. 1st order that was placed came out, wings without the fries. Fries arrived... delayed and by that time the wings were cold. Fries that were given looked like they were the scraps from the bottom of the bag.Asked for correct dressing for the wings and never received it. Asked to have the whole order replaced? the remake came outexactly like the first order! Cold and scraps from the bottom of the bag with lukewarm wings. The bartender that took my orderprovided service that left a lot to be desired. Never checked on me before OR after the remake was requested. A manager nevercame out to address the situation or acknowledge that there was a problem with the food. When I asked to order additional drinksshe must have been upset because everything she brought was slammed on the counter, including the bill after I had to ask to becashed out. This review will be a perfect example of "first impressions are important ." on March 8 I made an order after work, decided to... try something different so I went with BOOMERJACK'S. I ordered wings, 20 piece, onion rings, and southwest eggrolls. I arrivedto pick them up and I must say the ladies are very beautiful that work there, every single one of them. I pick up my meal andget back to the hotel and realize my Southwest eggrolls are not there. I called them back up and told them the issue, there wasa lady who said she will make a note of it and that I would be picking them up the following day because I did not feel liketraveling all the way back for eggrolls I'll just pick them up after work the next day. So the next day arrives and I go to pickup my eggrolls. There was a manager there who was also there the night before when I picked up my order, he claimed that no onethere made any note about it and couldn't give me the eggrolls. So I asked him would I be getting a refund instead then becausethey were $10? Nothing, and then talks to another staffer and walks away and I'm left standing there. I did not even want therefund I wanted the eggrolls because I was curious about how they would taste. Not pleased about losing $10 for an appetizerthat I never received. Now I am not even from Texas I am located here on a work assignment for a few months, me and about 50other guys are down here on this work assignment. Now had this experience been a lot better I would have recommended boomerjacks to all 50 guys that I am with and yes we do all hang out. That's $10 just cost you 50 individual orders. Ordered drinks and food, after being here for over an hour. Only drinks comes out and after 30 to 40 minutes pass no food at... all, waitress (Roxy) only comes around every 20 or 30 minutes so I asked her Where's my food and she says she forgot to put itin. Even though she wrote down everything I asked for (Double smash burger) and repeated it back to me but some how she forgotto place the order. Keep in mind its Monday and This place is not crowded, but the drinks were decent ???????? 1st and last timecoming. Read more
