They keep their posted hours of operation, unlike some of the other locations. My late husband loved their soup as it was easy... for him to eat after chemo. Now my children ask for it when they don't feel good. I called ahead, it was ready and waiting.Staff here is so sweet. Doesn't matter that I live on thebwest side of Arlington, I'll ALWAYS come east to this one. Thank youfor hard work, even in the late hours. Read more
It's not bad. But they have the best sweet potato/ yams. The rest of the food is good but yams are amazing.
**Update 8/19/22** Contacted Boston Market at the email address provided by "Tim the Regional Director" a week ago and have yet... to get a response. *********************** Made an online order. Arrived to pick it up, was told it was cancelled. It was not,I was still charged. Contacted Boston Market through multiple means for a refund, no response. Went back to give them anotherchance. Ordered in the drive through. Got to the window, charged my card, then they were suddenly out of everything I ordered. Imade some compromises, worker assured me he would "hook it up" for the inconvenience. Got my food and left only to find outinstead of "hooking me up" he actually gave me much less than I ordered. For was cold and they didn't tell us they were literally out of everything except white chicken, they waited for us to order and... then they would say"we are out of that"... Then we were stuck in line for over 30 minutes. I usually enjoy this place, but it'sbeen declining for a while. We ended up eating Wendy's across the street instead, and loved it. Read more

They are usually on point but tonight was off. They were out of dark meat. Fine. I opted for the meatloaf. My issue is the... sides. I don't pay $12 for a meal to get a fourth of what I'm supposed to get. The sweet potato casserole is less than half. Idon't appreciate that at all. If you're out, let me know. Don't skimp on my food! I could've picked something else! Follow up:went back to the same spot. Out of dark meat AGAIN! Not going back. You chose at midnight. You stop making chicken at 8:45pm.You run out of dark meat by 930pm. Make it make sense! You need to do one more cycle before you close.
