Waited over 30 minutes to receive my order. Went up to the cashier to ask how much longer it would take to have my order ready.... Was told they forgot to make it.. how does this even happen? They weren't too busy when I had arrived and ordered. Anyway, 10minutes later. I finally received my order. Why wasn't I surprised when my food was cold and fries were over-salted. (Though, ifthey said they hasn't made it yet. Why would it be cold to begin with?) Should have gone to the Pantego Braum's instead. Server cashier rude not listening has attitude asked for receipt stated "I will give it to you" not very customer service... friendly.. When given the banana split I ordered with sift serve came out with hard ice cream when notified the manager wasadvised the machine was down. On the burger I ordered asked for no cheese advised manager again manager proceeded to tell cookand advised no cheese cook not paying attention burger Came out with cheese. I really like the store!! I went there to try the Ice Cream and to compare it with a WELL KNOW COMPETITOR . But in all... fairness I'm going to keep my opinion just that.....my opinion. I like Braum's. The ice cream is good, the servings are generous, and the price is reasonable. I also use their grocery... section for eggs and dairy items. I can't personally attest to their meal items as I've not eaten there recently, but mygrandson says they're good. The employees are pleasant and are accommodating when you have special requests. Fresh market at Braum?s is great place to get small groceries and amazing fresh and frozen food options. Specially at this store... I felt very fresh as it was very clean and all the COVID safety. Very nice and clean open kitchen area and very friendlyhelpers. Must go and try their Ice creams and salads and burgers. Good place. Read more
