From out of town but generally big fans of BK! This Restaurant location was empty other than one man on a laptop. Older... gentleman who took our order was rude. The food, a whopper Jr and a Double meat Texas whopper were both awful- stale, dry bunsliterally crumbled and our meat did NOT have that typical flame grilled BK Flavor. The absolute worst burgers we have everordered. Sadly, my wife and I both threw our food in the trash can and drove to another restaurant. $22 wasted! Read more

The food is actually pretty good, if it ever actually gets to you or if they have it in stock. They always seem to be short of... this or not have something you want in stock from condiments to actual menu items. Also, what is up with their hours? They justshut down without notice and you're left waiting in the drive thru until you realize that they are closed. As I said, the foodis actually pretty good. It's for this reason and the fact that it's the closest BK to me that I keep even coming here. Read more

This about the 3rd time I tried stopping to get food at this Burger King location between 7:15 am and 7:30 and no one answers... the drive thru intercom as well as have the dining room locked and yet the schedule on the door and drive thru say they open at5:30 am. It also been multiple times I came and works in there but no servicing the customers because in their with AirPods intheir ear and can?t hear nothing but their conversation on their phone or music. Not a good experience. The order taker was slow, had no personality and seemed confused as we ordered. The fries were supposed... to be a medium but were a small. The chicken sandwich has clearly been left under a heat lap for half the day and was literallyinedible. Definitely will not be back to this location. Read more

Attendant taking my order made sure I knew what I was ordering, confirmed each item, and everything was correct. You take this... for granted until you get home and your nodes was wrong. Which has happened before at this very location. Appreciated histhoroughness. Read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. I have been on a bit of a chicken sandwich hunt as of late and tried this location... for their offerings. I ordered a spicy and a regular Ch'King sandwich. I wanted to try them both and figured I would have 2meals out of this. I was wrong. Both sandwiches were so sad I actually wrote burger king as only half of each sandwich wasedible. I did not get a receipt so I gave a detailed description of my car and what I ordered as well as a very closeapproximation to the time of day. This was 4/25/2022. I was contacted quickly by a rep and I provided them additionalinformation including repeating my phone number, etc... They replied saying they would send my information to the restaurantmanagement. It is now 5/8/2022 and I have not heard a peep from anyone. I was not looking for a refund but I would have likedto talk to somebody about buying sandwiches that were obviously left far too long under a heat lamp or something. I evenexplained in my online feedback how hard the chicken was in places.. I explained it was hard "like chip your tooth hard". They have my email, my phone number, etc.. If the people running this location truly cared they would have reached out to me bynow. Read more

Cold fries and cold burger on my combo when first deliver to the car. Then ordered me a new toasted whopper melt, only to have... unbuttered untoasted buns on my "toasted whopper melt" with grilled onions that looked old enough to be getting their firstimmunizations at the pediatrician. When I asked the guy in drive thru if he knew if the melt was good, he gave me the mostzero-f's response that he didn't care. Was going to give it an extra star because they were very quick to rush me through theorder process and tell me to park in front of the building when there were literally NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN SIGHT at thislocation so that I could wait for a few minutes while they didn't prep my meal. Great speed of service! ???? Just go to anotherlocation. The manager/owner who brought the food out to me looked upset that I even came there. P.S. Edit: throwing out my foodand going to another location because I refuse to deal with them any longer. Read more
