$10+ for an overly cooked burger? No thanks!! When you leave and think to yourself that you just spent $40 on a sub par burger... and fries dinner with your spouse, it doesn?t sit right. Rather go to Kincaid?s. Better price and cooked properly. Read more

We love chapps, order from there all the time. But tonight they completely screwed up our order. Only one of 4 items was... correct, and when we called the store, the lady on the phone had a horrible attitude about it and was rude and unhelpful. Shetried to tell us nothing was on the receipt, but I was looking right at the receipt with everything on it correct. She said ?youcan come up here.? I?m sorry, but we did delivery for a reason. How about having a better attitude, being better with customerservice, and trying to actually be helpful instead of saying stuff wasn?t on there when it was. One of our burgers was supposedto have bacon and avocado, it had neither. They didn?t put cheese on a Philly cheesesteak, and another burger was supposed tohave avocado and pepper jack cheese. Most of those toppings we had to pay extra for, and didn?t get them. We normally lovechapps, but i don?t know that we?ll order from this location again. Especially with such a rude person answering the phones. Read more

I'm from out of state & we were looking for a good BIG Texas burger to fix our "hangry". Chapps Burgers did not disappoint. The... patty alone was delicious. I didn't do bread or veggies, just beef, bacon, & cheese. It was wonderful. The rest of the familyhad Cheeseburgers just the way Chapps makes them & the loved them. Even Grandma ate the whole thing! Thank you Chapps. Read more

Chapps is a staple on this side of Arlington. I grew up coming here for dinner often. I love that they use Nolan Ryan beef, a... delicious tribute to the Texas Rangers legend. The dining room is also decorated in tribute to Texas. The burgers are good, though the fries tend to be burnt. The philly cheesesteak was tasty, though a hit lacking in meat. I took a star off forservice, which seems to have gone downhill over the years. The place wasn't busy when I arrived, but it still took a few minutesto be acknowledged and order at the front counter. My food took a while to come out, longer than expected for so few customers.Good restaurant, staff needs more training in customer service. Read more

Burgers were very good. Fries were way sub par. Fountain drink was good. Service was polite, but they did not once check with us... during our two hour lunch. Pricing was acceptable. Because the Burger was so good that is why I gave a four stars instead ofthree stars. Read more

First time visit. Ordered the 1984 Burger and Onion Rings. Disappointed when they ran out of the onion rings but the replacement... (Cajun Fries) were good as well as the burger with the sweet onions. This will be my go to for burgers now. The cashier was niceas well. Read more

Edit: I'm dropping the review of this place, the last two times it has been utterly bad. The cheese fries I paid $3 for had no... cheese, and the burger was overly done and the bun was burnt Arlington had grown a lot in the last decade or so, but this Chappshas been a staple for this side of town. I came here growing up with my parents, and the burgers are just as delicious now asthey were then. I recommend spending the extra two quarters and getting the Cajun fries with ranch. The place is always cleanand the staff is always friendly and helpful. A consistently great burger joint! Read more
