Haven't gone to chicken e since the prices went up, but was craving those delicious tenders. The woman who took my order through... the drive through was "yes ma'am, no ma'am", very kind and polite. I haven't had someone that kind take my order (anywhere else)in a while. The woman who worked the window was upbeat and kind as well. I come here 2x a week and i don?t appreciate the PRICES going up but the QUALITY going down. When i come i always order FRESH... spicy strips, corn nuggets and okra. I don?t mind waiting and I?m always polite. It never fails, the older Caucasian lady at thewindow always had an attitude when i refuse to take food that wasn?t made FRESH. Unfortunately, today i ordered my usual mealbut the Okra had OBVIOUSLY been ?re dropped? into the grease, instead of made fresh as requested. I made it all the way back towork and had to go back to get Okra because it tasted horrible. And of course in the process my strips and corn nuggets are now?warm? since i had to wait in the drive thru for another 15 minutes! Do not charge $15+ for ONE MEAL if the QUALITY does notmatch! It?s not fair! And to be clear the cost isn?t the issue, but be FAIR. And please work on the customer service as well. Read more
I was just picking up customer order and I will never eat at this location. I watched employee rubbing his nose with same hand... he had glove on. He never changed the glove went he sad making people food. He did it not only at the register while taken aorder. He did it take a person there food on the floor. That is very unsanitary for him to be playing in his nose and makingpeople food. Ordering was quick and easy with no one in front of me. When I drove around to get my order they took my payment and gave me my... drink. I then waited for almost 15 minutes while I watched employees laughing and talking. Someone finally came back to thewindow and asked what my order was. The food I receieved was cold. Read more
I came up here to order a three piece fillets combo at 7:50 pm. I was told 10 minutes and here we are at 8:28pm. This will be my... last visit to Chicken Express. Great business. We need more Golden Chick around here off collins Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would, but it's not allowed. I want to say 1st hand that i dont like giving bad reviews on businesses,... but this was unexcusable. 1st off we placed our order and waited in line no time. Only to get home and our tenders wereextremely hard they had to have been previously cooked and sitting bc I couldn't even bite them and my fries were hard as a rockthe only thing that was edible was the roll. I?ve never really had a problem with this location before. Or at least not enough to post something hence the 2 stars instead of... 1. Today was different tho. I came by to get what I normally order: 2 #1s, Spicy. First off, they weren?t spicy they were normaldespite me explicitly saying Spicy I guess the guy (yes it was a guy who took my order) either didn?t hear me, tho it seemsunlikely, or just didn?t know how to put that into the order. That?s the minor part however. I don?t like to complain and whilethey weren?t spicy it?s not a make or break issue for me but please do better and ask questions if you aren?t sure next time.I?ve worked in food, I know how crazy and rude someone customers can be but it?s still better to make sure instead ofassuming. Now for the real reason I?m posting. We found a bone in one of our tenders as pictured below. Never had this happenbefore, but it?s still shouldn?t because that?s extremely dangerous especially when you are eating something that is supposed toNOT have bones in it. Please be careful and check your products before handing them out. We are all okay here other than someteeth that hurt from biting into something that shouldn?t have been there. I give this Chicken express 0 stars!!! I order a large family meal on September 08, 2022 when I got home everything was old so... immediately call the restaurant spoke to Ruby and the GM Nubea. They said they will replace the meal for free just bring thereceipt back. They didn?t say when to bring the receipt back they?ll replaced it. So to I came back 9/20 to get my mealreplacement and bring in my receipt the workers there was really rude. They didn?t want to answer non of my questions and didn?twant to replace my meal. So I called corporate they given me the owner Jordan and phone number. I called him he already actinglike the workers and didn?t want to replace my meal that was really old. So moving forward I will not ever go back to the placeand I will not ever ever refer anyone to that chicken express at 4451 S Collins st in Arlington Texas.
