Ordered a to-go order of the southwest egg rolls and they were completely raw dough in the middle. Was told to drive all the way... back there and all they wanted to do was simply replace the order. Wasn't angling for free food but it was completely raw! And Ihad to drive all the way back. I ended up substituting for something else, but it was not worth all this hassle just to getcooked food. Wud not recommend ordering to-go. Plenty of other places that are reliable or that may actually try to make it upto you when they get it wrong. Edit: the margarita chicken was decent (and cooked!) and the wait staff was nice enough, thoughI was placed on hold for a long time and they seemed kinda clueless as to how to handle things. Still wish the manager wouldhave made more of an effort to make it right for having to go back. Even a dessert or fountain drink would have gone a long way. Read more
I really enjoyed my visit with Chili?s. My waitress was nice and attentive. But my experience was made by Lonnie the shift lead.... My friends food came out pretty late and he was accommodating to her and came out and personally apologized. I appreciate theprofessionalism. I will definitely come back. Read more

My son turned 18 so he chose this place. The wait wasn?t that bad but it took 20 minutes before we saw our waiter then another... 20 plus to get our food, ordered a Classic Rib-eye medium well as I always do at other chain restaurants. When I got my stake itnot only looked so bad but when I tried a piece it was completely raw tasted old. The waiter said he would take it off andreplace it for free but I no longer had an appetite. As someone who loves chili's this was the most disgusting and disappointing location to date. We had a long wait to be seated... with an almost empty restaurant, which is fine because I understand the understaffing issues. The waiter did a good job, andeverything seemed OK until the food came. I got the steak and asparagus, which I ordered medium. It came out cold and very rare.I didn't send it back or complain because I was afraid what else would come out seeing that we also got the chicken fingers,which were cold. fries came out cold, and corn on the cob, cold. The chicken tasted like re heated leftover chicken fingers. Itwas all around nasty. Not to mention, we had to try and eat it all with plastic silverware. The disgrace trying to eat steakwith plastic. The burger was good. The Cajun Shrimp Pasta was delicious. The kids chicken strips were okay. The half rack of dry rub baby back... ribs were just that - meat was dry and a bit tired. The chocolate brownie in a skillet with a blop of ice cream thing wasdelicious. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is always bad. Those poor servers should be paid top dollar to wait numerous tables at... once. The manager always have an attitude at the South Cooper location. The manager Freida needs to be fired!! Both buns on mychicken sandwiches were burned. They were closed by the time I received my order. Freida seem to think it was an issue because Icalled requesting a remake the next day. Then she had the nerve to open both clear containers and pick through the food when youcan clearly see the bun was completely black. She had an attitude with the customer behind me because she ordered 13 minutesafter closing. The cook and the manager either needs to be replaced or retrained.???????? Read more
