Very disappointed with the management not asking us what size or type of drink cups we wanted when we ordered our food. I got 2... children's drinks she automatically gave us to go cups for them, never asked if we wanted to go cups and we had 2 adults andshe tried to give us 2 of the large to go cups, again never asked if we wanted to go cups?? I said no I would like 1 small drinkso she gave me a plastic cup for dining in only and when we got ready to leave she wanted to charge me for a to go cup and saidthe small to go cups are a regular cup not a small. But I paid for a small they're the same size no matter what you call themand, she didn't even offer us a tray to carry our things to the table and when my husband asked her for the tray she acted like she didn't even know what he was talking about?? I told him to speak to her in Spanish then maybe she'll understand.Because her co workers were speaking only Spanish so maybe their is a language problem. I'm sorry the food was good but thecustomer service was very poor, especially since I spent near 35 dollars. The manager needs to be better trained. And I wouldappreciate some feedback from your general manager or a district manager. I worked retail for over 18 years and the was alwaystaught and practiced the customer comes first and foremost, and do what it takes to make sure they are happy. I won't be backto this location ever. So it?s just a normal Sunday. Me and my family decide to go and get some pizza to snack on for lunch and so we get 4 pizzas. One... with ham/sausage/pep, one with jalapeños/pep, one with just pep, and one with pineapples/pep. What we get is the ham/saus/pep,jalapeño/pep, AND 2 WITH ONLY PEP. Yeah, paid for the extra for pep and they give us one without what we paid extra for. Don?tknow why but it really annoys me when people don?t get orders right?ESPECIALLY when it?s something that you have to pay extrafor. It wasn?t a lot but that?s besides the point. This could be happening to multiple people allowing for Cicis to profit somuch more than they are supposed to be. And yeah, pineapple pizza is good alright. Pizza is not fresh ? it?s hard and they have it sitting out for the public to eat. When requesting a number to order a fresh... personal pizza , the guy told me it?s some fresh one coming out. I?m not understanding why they don?t have pizza in rotation .Instead of serving overheated dry pizza . I will not be back ! Read more
Pizza was dry as if over cooked. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean, as was the outside windows too. Service was ok, but... they seemed to bend over backwards for anyone that is Hispanic. Salad bar was limited but all items were fresh and crisp. Read more
CiCi's Pizza I do like I do love it it's a good place for our family and have something small to eat. It is always clean when I... get there and fresh when you ask for fresh pizza. We came here an hour before they closed. They was so nice to us. They made fresh food for us. The food was so good and hot. If... your looking for pizza this is the place to come and you must try the pasta. Super great service. Read more

Flawless delivery pick up until today. I showed the staff the order and it seemed they didnt know what a ?Delivery order? was.... Then they pull out the ticket and said it was just put in. I?m not waiting 30min after getting the order on the app which means?Ready for pickup?. Read more
