Food was good and service was good but lacking in consideration and personality. This younger generation that are now hitting... the work force seem to just be going through the motions and don't seem to have logic included. Tried to sit us and othercouples at a table that we couldn't even pull the chairs out (picture included) and don't know how to deviate from menu forspecial requests. Slightly disappointed with our last experience. I?m fairly certain that they?ve cut portions down in order to keep prices... appearing to be the same. The food felt regulated?specifically things like butter packets and syrup being limited to one packetor one small serving bottle. Chocolate milk has always been heavily controlled, offering only one small carton or two if youbut the large size. The food still tastes good. Their ham is by far their best meat option. It?s spiced perfectly. Thescrambled eggs were inconsistent, some being slightly undercooked seeming. The service was fast and friendly. We all orderedthe French toast and everyone enjoyed it. No one left hungry despite the smaller portions. I appreciate the way to figure outallergen information as well as their new meatless and vegan options. For a family with dairy allergies, I was surprised thatthis is a place we can go. Read more

The best Cracker Barrel Ld Country Store experience I've ever had. The wait wasn't long, so much goodies to choose from in the... shopping area it was amazing. The food was delicious, scrumptious and mouth watering, our server was quick, attentive andfriendly, the staff overall including the manager was friendly. I look forward to my next visit to try something new on the menuas there's just so much options to choose from and it's so inexpensive. I was told how awesome the food is here at Cracker Barrel but I think it was just ok. My meal was the Southern Fried Chicken and... while it was decently tasty and fresh I couldn't help but think of how to improve all the aspects of my meal to make it trulyamazing. My chicken was slightly overcooked, the hashbrown casserole was missing the whole reason you get hashbrowns at all, thecrispy crunchy fried potatoes. And the country mashed potatoes needed more butter, milk or sour cream to get them smooth and onpoint. Maybe I am being too critical but there was a lot of hype going into this meal and I was a lil let down. Bottom line forme is would I go there again based on my first experience, for me it's a NO. I should have gone to Texas Roadhouse where I havealways been impressed by the food and service. I am sure Cracker Barrel is popular but maybe only with the old folks. Read more

Food was great! nice and friendly staff, served us fresh coffee and drinks. However, we joined a waitlist online, but had to... check in with the hostess in person to be in the wait list? So we still had to wait regardless if we joined one online. So itkinda defeats the purpose of a waitlist. Read more

Today we stopped by our local restaurant for a quick breakfast and I'm glad I did. The wait was about 10 min. We were seated... at the table my husband wanted, and we glad we sat their because our waiters were very attentive. I want to thank Ms. AMY allthe great work she is doing. We had some great dishes and I just wanted to share them below.
