We ordered Ubereats from here and did pickup. They had the order ready to go and was very nice and included 3 or 4 extra sauce... when I only paid for one extra which really made the difference because there are as enough to go around. The food was reallygood. The chicken was cooked perfectly and very moist and the brisket was really flavorful and tender. The baked BBQ beans werea big hit, some of the best I've had. I would definitely order from them again. (I did not share the leftovers). Inside of therestaurant is pretty cool it's well themed and has come arcade games for kids. We had a less than stellar meal the other night. Usually enjoy Dickey's, but something was really off this time. Ordered the... loaded baked potato, with no meat. Had to remind them, no bacon, that is "still meat!" I think I upset the guy, 'cause he putnext to no butter, one tiny dollop of sour cream, like a teaspoon of cheese, and you would have thought they charge by thechive, 'cause I got like three! I said, "Really?" He says, "Yep!" So it began. Went to the toppings bar to "Load" my own bakedpotato, and literally had to swat fruit flies away from my food. The onion slices were infested with tiny flies!! Come on, ifthey were cleaning that station they would have seen the hundred or so flies, they didn't just pop up right before I walked up!Went up to tell the "Manager", who says, "Oh, really?" Yep, that was his only response. They did change out the tray quickly,but pretty sure the young lady wasn't too pleased, as I heard her get spoken to, then she proceeded to clean like four tables,by throwing every plate, cup, and utensil as loudly as she could into the tub she was carrying. Loud, and unbelievably slow, andincredibly annoying. Hopefully they were just having an off night, I guess we'll see!! Read more
We went there for dinner and I was looking forward to it had been wanting a good chopped beef brisket sandwich for a long time. ... Only to be left disappointed. Firstly my son ordered the smoked sausage plate with the 2 sides, the sausage wasn't even hotnor were the sides. Then My husband ordered a baked potato with the chopped brisket and it also was not hot, I myself ordereda chopped brisket sandwich plate with 2 sides, my sides were not hot at all nor was the brisket, my husband returned hispotato for another and said it was a little better but my son ate his food, I couldn't eat mine, the manager did offer toremake the plate but my thinking was its going to be coming from the exact same brisket as well as the side items coming fromthe same pan's of cold barely warm food. So I declined the offer. Just left me very disappointed. And I will not be going backanytime soon. Read more
Lousy service you get there and the guys don't take your order you have to ask the cashier admins the corner to help you and... she'll get the cooks. At least the cashier was friendly. They don't have Mac and cheese they have some other pasta but it's notthat good. The mashed potatoes were cold. Read more
Very sad. It's obvious they put the order together when I ordered it, and then let it sit for over 2 hrs until THE SCHEDULED... pick up time. Won't waste my time or money at that location again Read more
Just left the drive thru and this is how my food look. The fried okra is definitely not fresh, you can tell it been sitting for... awhile and hard as a rock. The bun on my sandwich was stale. This location is the worst Dickey?s I have been to. Read more
Sorry about the pic I had already started eating this delicious catfish nuggets. I complimented the fish with loaded mash... potatoes and okra! I was not disappointed at all! I will be back again to try they're chicken strips and other chicken items! Read more
Try to get out here once a week for their Little Hoagie with sliced brisket! Add one side and a small drink and your total... should be under $10. That includes fresh baked bread w honey and ice cream for dessert! Read more
