Small Town sandwich shop parked right in the middle of a big city. Went just shortly after 1 pm and had a very short wait. I... ordered a double Italian, and couldn't eat it all. I?ve been coming to Dino?s for over 25 years and it NEVER disappoints! Old school deli with plenty of seating. Green and white... checkered tablecloths and stool seating against a ledge if tables are full. My go-to is a 21, Black Jack, but the pastrami andcorned beef with the Works and Dino Dressing are also divine! If you?re looking for a cool treat, grab some of their creamy icecream. Dino?s offers party subs and merch as well. I?m thinking I need a t-shirt! If the line is long, don?t worry. They movepretty quickly and you can download the menu while you?re waiting via QR code to be speedy at the counter! Order by number (Irecommend the full sammie and ordering double meat!) and make sure you know white or wheat bread and if you want the works,Dino dressing etc. Most importantly, sit down and enjoy this delish sammie immediately while the stuffing is dripping out thesides! Best sub in Arlington!!!!!!!! Come here for lunch often, I've never been disappointed. Always fresh...Always good!
So I came here after crazy praise from my coworkers and was honestly really disappointed. Dino's is too popular for its own... good. The line was out the door the entire hour I was there, it took me 40 minutes to get my food and it was only a little bitbetter than any other sub for all that time. Not to mention my hot sub was cold by the time I got it. 18 bucks for a sub,chips, and a drink is way too much for what I got. Read more
Started going to Dino's in 1987 when I lived just down the road. Haven't been in over 20 years because I moved further... west. Work just happened to take me nearby today and stopped in for lunch and had the #8! Man have I missed this place! Freshlybaked bread, they slice the meat right when you order the sandwich, the meats are all so flavorful and beats the hell out of anychain sub shop. Dino's has been a staple in Arlington since 1980 and it is easy to see why! I am already ready to go back!Highly recommend if you are ever in Arlington! Read more
I'm from New York visiting my mom who lives in Texas. I've passed by this place several times. As a New Yorker I know how my... subs better yet how we say it heroes taste like after reading their reviews on Yelp I decided to stop over and give it a try. Iordered the number two and it was the best sandwich I ever had with the Dino Dressed. Throughout the time while I visit I wentthere three times and I couldn't stop helping and talking about how good this sandwich was it does remind me of New York everytime. Omg. Best sub I ever had. Got the # 5 roast beef & provolone. So good!!!? they cut the meat & Cheese per order right in front of... you!!!!! It was the most tender beef with a fresh great flavor. They have freaking REAL MALT for the ice cream. Not liquidflavor like some others. Was so tasty like childhood ice cream with mom. A bowl with malt sprinkled on top, sorry no food pic. This place is amazing. The sub I ordered (the big Dino) was wonderful and everything I expected from others who have told me to... try. The meats are top notch and can be smelt immediately once the door is opened. The line was massive during lunch hour, butdefinitely worth the wait. I would have given 5 stars, but the dude at the cashier was rude as hell. Definitely took away fromthe experience. Other than that, this will be a favorite I visit often. Read more
