Terrible terrible service. Why give contact information if the delivery driver isn?t going to use it. Then manager insists I... come get the food. Just terrible customer service I will never order from here again. Get another store manager to manage thoseemployees better and show them how things should be done. Read more
zero stars. the worst service and gross pizza. takes forever to have delivered even if you order well in advance. had my order... cancelled out of the blue and when i called asking why whoever answered kept talking in circles and giving excuses. orderliterally any place else. heard mamas pizza a 3 minutes walk away from this place is way better, so i guess theyre getting mymoney from now on. Waited an hour with no word from them after ordering only to call and find out the delivery kid drove around my complex a few... times (right past me with windows up and no sign on, I was standing in parking lot). Then drove back saying he couldn't findme. I am beginning to expect this level of service from this area. I can't wait to go back home to Houston where people stilldo there jobs right. Read more
The quality here has really dropped. I had placed an order about an hour and a half ago and only just got my order. Fast forward... a bit-I had called to check up on my food. I had noticed the pizza was in quality check for 30 minutes and at the 40 minute markI decided to call. The manager tried to justify the delivery time and didn?t apologize or offer any sort of discount or betteryet a refund. The pizza was ?warm? but that?s being nice- it was more like room temperature and the sauce was all dried up. Thisis not the kind of service I expect from dominos nor do I think they would want this to happen to their paying customers. I?malso confused how this location can run with a single delivery driver and what it sounds like is a total of 3 workers. I am so over making a late night order and having them cancel on me. I ordered 30 minutes before closing and they said they were... not taking anymore orders because ?the oven isn?t working?. This is the third time they have told me my order was cancelled. Ifthey don?t want to work late, then just close earlier. Read more
The ABSOLUTE WORST dominos I've ever came in contact with. Messed up my complete order and then told me that if I wanted the... garlic parmesan wings I ordered I needed to bring the wings back, 10 miles from my house, so they can squirt sauce on thewings, which was now room temperature. Awful customer service. Orderd food (6.21.22) a little after noon so it'd arrive at my office in time for lunch. It took FOUR... HOURS for the food to be delivered. Any attempt to contact the store the same day ended with the phone hanging up on me beforesomeone answered. I finally got an answer today (6.22.22) and asked to speak with the manager. The man on the phone wasextremely rude and when I stated I wanted a refund he became even more snippy and hung up on me. If I wanted to wait four hoursto get my food, I wouldn't have ordered from dominos! Read more
Buyer beware I ordered a pizza for delivery in which website said was a 28min wait. As soon as I placed it, I get a call saying... the delivery time is actually an hour and 1/2 wait time. Person never made mention what would happen to the delivery fee of$4.99 until after I called about it. Read more
