This location needs to figure out a better way to call out peoples? orders. I suggest with ticket NUMBERS instead of NAMES... because someone took my order. It happened to another person too. That?s how orders get mixed up. The workers seem to not careand have no sense of urgency either. I don?t know who was the manager before but they need to get them back because customerservice is horrible this semester. The food is also very inconsistent. The last few times I went, my bagel had some unknownwatery ?sauce? instead of the usual schmear. I was hesitant to eat it. I could?ve gotten a heads up if they were out. Won?t begoing there again. Poor service. They don?t even toast the bagels or put enough cream cheese. Just because it?s a on campus doesn?t mean service... should be the bare minimum. Read more

What I saw was not even close to what I got. Took forever to get order as well.

"Our bacon is thick cut." On the nanometer scale? They are now using that super thin precooked bacon like you get at McDonalds... and still charging the same price as they did when they actually served thick cut bacon. The outside of my bag was slathered insome sauce that wasn't used on my sandwich with no attempts to wipe it off. Read more

Not only I was charged different than what the price said, I paid $7.6 to get a Roasted veggie toastini to eat bread and not... enough veggies. What a waste! Absolutely not worth. Never eating here again. Read more

Website says they open at 7am however they actually open at 7:30am. After waiting 30 minutes for then to open the employee says... her manager has not arrived with cash for the register so we would need to wait an unknown amount of time for her manager toarrive. Read more

I payed almost 7 dollars for a turkey sandwich which included a turkey patty and a slice of cheese between a bagel (with an... optional fried egg). Taste was ok, but honestly if I wanted a plain sandwich with three ingredients I could have just made it athome or gone to McDonalds and payed a seventh of the price I payed at Einstein's. Never buying another bagel from here. Read more
