Came to buy some groceries and they overcharged me on some produce items. I went back and told the manager about it. She left... and I guess forgot about me. Then another manager approached and asked if I needed help and he passed me onto another managerthat did not know what he was doing. There were 5 managers on duty. They had no sense of urgency. Please train your cashier onhow to weigh stuff and how to bag items as well!! Read more
I like this store even though they try not to speak in the English language to you they act as if they can't understand you I... still like the store overall not the friendliest place because there's other ways to speaking without words for example maybeyou can just smile so you kind of feel awkward and I also don't like certain things are wrote in Spanish like their meats butdoesn't have English words on there so you don't know exactly what piece of meat you're buying which I feel like is not rightdue to the fact that we try to cater to their culture I also don't like that when you walk in they do not say hi and they juststare at you but it doesn't matter it's not going to stop me from ever going in there people are who they are they probablydon't want to shopping in there anyways LOL but overall they have some really good selections really good seasonings and theyhave some really cheap shrimp so I would definitely be back Read more
I love El Rancho the fresh food the fresh drinks their tortious are extremely delicious. I can eat a whole pack withing 1-3 days... we love this store. I wish the prices where a lil lower but otherwise it's one of my go to stores Read more
So many varieties of fruits and vegetables. You don?t se these at Walmart. Very good and healthy choices. Speciality meats also... available. Beans, rice, spices, great experience. Read more
There was some gnats flying around a bunch of the produce. So I really didn't get produce there . I go for the great meat prices
SADLY a skinny blonde mexican woman late 40's early 50's was EXTREMELY RACIST. I asked her for 2lbs of pork and if she could... chop it up please. She asked a man next to her if he spoke English (she asked him IN ENGLISH )and he said yes and repeated whatI asked to her. He verified that I needed my meat chopped up. She went to the back with a ATTITUDE. I assumed she went to chopthe meat. She gave me my Styrofoam tray and me and my son went to the car. I open the tray cause the meat smelled so nice BUTSHE DIDN'T CHOP IT she never chopped it ! What was she doing back there the whole time I was waiting for her to chop my meat?
