After going threw so much management I will said this fuzzys is now the worst fuzzys I been to , and not bc of customer service... just the food , it?s not like how it used to be , most of the people we knew are now all working around Mansfield area at fuzzysand food is so much better there . I have ordered the shrimp fajitas many times and they were always awesome. The order would look just like the picture on the... menu online. I always used more than the 3 tortillas because there was more food but tonight my order was much different. Itlooked like half of tne normal shrimp and pepper amount, but a good amount of black beans added. I was just looking up the orderto see if black beans are now a large part of fajita menu but I don?t see any on tne menu picture. 8 shrimp and very littleonion/ peppers for my fajitas. Read more

Pretty consistent. Always packed. Food is decent but a smidge overpriced. The breakfast burritos are fire though.

Paid 6.99 delivery and 9.50 tip only to be missing my daughters meal. Then they wanted to give store credit for it (I won't be... back) they can't even be bothered to double check an order before sending my delivery ,fee should be refunded as well. I had tomake another order for my daughter from a different place so she had dinner. Read more

I frequent fuzzys quite a bit. The fuzzys on green oaks is by far the worst experience I?ve had and I?ve given it a couple... chances. The food is cold and the margaritas are straight sweet and sour. The soda fountain is filthy. Three cashiers weresitting down at a table chitchatting on their phones and letting a cashier on their first day do everything alone - not evenknowing how to take an order or make a drink. The line finally piled up a bit and the three girls got up to ?help?. Also sawkitchen staff sitting down on the floor in the kitchen and then got up to make a ticket without washing hands or changing theirgloves. Also witnessed a young lady drinking a margarita out of a guests drink while working, I mean I hope she works there asnone of the cashiers or bussers were wearing fuzzys shirts. Read more

I usually love fuzzys but the last few times it seems they have just been off. They left food out of orders the last few times.... The last one I checked in the parking lot and we was missing an entire meal. Luckily I caught that but missed that we wasmissing two sides in one of the meals. I understand people make mistakes so I let it go. Then tonight I ordered two salads.Usually I love the salads. This is what I got. So disappointed. Hardly any toppings and maybe even missing some of what it wassuppose to have. My husband's brisket one was the same way. Read more
