I came to eat here and the staff was very nice! Abby was very attentive. She warmed up some sweet tea for me because I was cold... and I thought that was very sweet of her to do. My food was delicious. The wok chefs were very courteous to keep our food awayfrom the other food since we are vegan. I visited with my children, who were visiting for a first time. Apparently they?ve launched full self serve. Terrible idea. Some... people go out to dine for the experience and human interaction. This isn?t like going to the grocery store. Dining out is not anecessity. Effectively now you ring up your own order, go to the line to make your bowl then check out at your table, themachine even ask to tender your own total. Listen. The menu prices continue to elevate just like everything else only now I workhere but am paying to eat. My food was amazing, John prepared it, he was personable and interacted with my son and asked if hewas sure he was happy with his selections before he started cooking and asked about food allergies. Lisa was the bar attendant,she greeted us with a smile and explained the process to the children even told us some personal preferences. The managerChristian was thorough and attentive, even refilled drinks without my having to beckon, all while servicing customers at the barand checking in with other guests. Customer service really makes the difference but we lose that if servers and bartenders gobye bye. We obviously need servers or I wouldn?t have to ring my food. Reconsider. My first visit to a Genghis Grill. Must say I was impressed by the different way Mongolian is done. Nice selection of meats,... veggies and seasonings.. Employee cooking went out of his way to ask if my meal was good. Even the bartender employee wasquite helpful. Employees such as these deserve recognition. The meal itself was awesome. Was met with great service before we could even open the front door, after greeting us in they sat us down and took our drink... order and sent us in our way through the line. Everything looked fresh and only 1 thing was out of stock and they had it filledbefore we finished making our bowls so we didn?t have to go without. By the time we got back to our table all our drinks werealready there. All the food came out cooked perfect and just had the best experience today. 6/5 definitely coming back here!! Read more
Half of the noodles were undercooked, there was only one piece of broccoli when I had ordered extra, and the chicken tasted bad... as it also looked like super low quality chicken. After such a litany of errors and off flavors from my last order, I don'tthink I'll ever get delivery again; I feel ashamed that the photo I took of it even vaguely looks passable. I used to orderdelivery from here all the time and it was always immaculate, so now I don't know what happened that caused my most recent orderto be absolutely terrible. Read more

We had to wait to be seated, they called pretty fast considering that it was Saturday evening (about 20 minutes). We got our... table, Mom and Son date :-) my food was really good but my son's udon noodles bowl was very small portioned for a regular/mediumbowl. He got mostly meats and few veggies but not enough noodles. Our drinks took a long time to come... And when I asked forthe rewards program, I got a receipt that it wasn't suitable for sign in... This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. My first time here with my friend to celebrate her 30 year wedding anniversary. The... service is top notch and professional.
