Entered on a fairly slow day (approximately 6 tables seated) around 6:00. Two ladies behind the bar engaging in conversation... between themselves never noticed or chose to ignore me standing for 10 minutes at the hostess stand not 20 feet fromthem. Eventually a courteous young lady sat me after taking food to a table and said my server would be right with me. At 6:28 Iwalked out noticing the entire 28 minutes I was there server's enjoying conversation between themselves. I frequent thislocation because I enjoy their wings but today might have been a show stopper for me. Read more

For decades now Hooters has been an American classic and I have been many times and enjoyed many wings however the last several... experiences have been a sign that this chain is going downhill. On my last experience my party arrived about 3 PM on aSaturday. It was sparsely populated with customers so we figured it was gonna be easy to get a table You would have thoughtwe asked the hostess to spilt an atom to find a seat for three people. It took her ten minutes to find us a seat I have noidea why because there was literally only three groups in the place. I ordered sliders, fried pickles, and their chili cheesefries for my table. The best of these being the fried pickles. The sliders came out dry, I asked for mayo and they gave memustard and the taste was inedible. The chili cheese fries were also borderline disastrous as the cheese was watery and thechili was unflavored. We managed three bites before we gave up. When my party was done we were sad that we had just blown $60 onfood that was this questionable. In today's world of competing food franchises you really have to do something special for youcustomers and sadly this establishment failed on all accounts. Gonna pass on Hooter's for the next decade in hopes they canfigure out the mess that is their kitchen. Read more
