Please avoid this location, their service is very poor and slow. They do not care about their customers, they blatantly ignore... them, staff is incompetent. We waited at the entrance for 25mins till someone greeted us. They informed us they were incrediblybusy, but had only 5tables and 6 severs. You could see most of their staff hanging out around the kitchen area and talking.Coming out to only move things around on empty tables. Please don?t come here if you value your time and money. Food was alsomade with little to no effort. They couldn?t even handle 2 orders of pancakes. Unskilled and unprofessional. Go to another ihop. Read more
The food was great and service was fast. Leaving 2 stars because I paid with my debit card, but a few days later I got an... additional transaction for a small amount that I?m guessing would be used as a tip. Not sure why when I left a cash tip! If Ireturn, will probably pay only cash from now on because that?s odd. Read more
I was very disappointed at the menu. They got rid of the chicken florentine crepes and they don't serve biscuits at all! The... service was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken fried steak (the gravy was excellent!), hashbrowns, pancakes, andfresh orange juice so the visit was not a complete disappointment. I was extremely disappointed. The pancakes were overcooked the eggs were overcooked and even the waitress agreed that there were... several pancakes that have been overcooked that day. Not only were they overcooked, but they were less in room temperature andeven the hot syrup could not disguise what it lacked in temperature. Walked in a 24/7 IHOP at 2am(I get it-2am)Worst IHOP I have ever seen though. Manager refused to seat our group of 8 people.... Claiming their waitresses and cooks couldn't handle the capacity of a group of more than 5 and that this was their policy. Thenwe asked if 3 of our group left couldn they seat us and they said it would be a 30 min wait when they had multiple tables open.My friend couldn't wait to take us there so we could eat at his favorite place as a treat and I have never felt so disrespectedin my life.the lady was rude and wasn't trying to assist in any way. It?s ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE TO HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG FOR 2 pancakes. One Cook. One waitress & it takes a hour to get a 2x2x2... lord. And then the lady had no hairnet. Cook had no hairnet.
