We received a bill and we?re charged twice for the same item. We asked the server to please remove it. She got very defensive... and said, it?s the kitchens fault. We never raised a concern, just asked her to adjust the bill. She said she shouldn?t havetoo, but will. Started telling us how busy they were and it?s not her fault.
