Went through the drive tonight 7/9/22 at 10:46 pm! Lady that was taking my order was very rude!! I get my food and it was cold... and also I order two sausage breakfast jacks!!! When I got home it was ham not sausage! I called and the lady ask me well whatdoes your receipt say? I?m like seriously! No apologies or nothing ! I told her mam you repeated my order to me twice you got itwrong! She starts to argue with me and cussed me out and hung up in my face!!! This is the second time that I have had a problemwith the staff being rude but cussing me out and hanging up what the last straw!!! Rude drive through worker at 7AM on 6/22 argued with me in broken English about my order. Smirked and told me no when I asked... her to correct it. I left without the food and went next door for a cheaper, comparable meal from a friendly person who spokeEnglish.. The smirk, arrogance and refusal (which i still don?t understand) to correct the order lead to the 1 star. Thisperson should not be a customer facing employee. I am never eating at the establishment ever again. I normally do not have time to make breakfast in the morning so I normally go... here cause it is close by and the drive is usually quick. Well it was quick today alright but they gave me the wrong order! Iordered a bacon & egg chicken sandwich cause it is my favorite but they ended up giving me a a sausage croissant with no egg andI did not have time to take it back because I am at work. I'm sorry but week has been stressful and this didn't help my morning.I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Read more
Never eat here. Argued with lady at window about my order. Finally got it. Hair in my Sprite. Threw up after drinking my water.... Didn?t want to touch the food at that point. Will never go back again. Read more
