Just left this jack in the box. It was 9:30pm when I pulled up to the drive through. Waited a while at the speaker but nobody... answered so I pulled up to the window & nobody was there. Online it said it was open & the sign in the restaurant was lit upsaying it was opened. I tried to go inside but the doors were locked & that?s when I saw two guys just laughing & talking in theback. I like this location on I20, I understand there are staffing issues sometimes but I placed an online order and paid and the... restaurant was closed tonight at 9:30pm on Saturday July 23rd. The restaurant is closed so I will have to return to ask for arefund which is disheartening. I would like to update this review and resolve this issue. EDIT: July 25th, thanks Jack in thebox but I already filed an internal complaint and you all have not responded so I will go ahead and escalate the matter toBetter Business Bureau until the matter is resolved. My wife ordered online. I came to pick up the foods through the drive thru. The order taker shared they are short staffed and I... waited for about 5 minutes before I can even shared I?m just picking up and online orders. She informed me she have my order. Igot to the window and she told me she doesn?t have an order by that name. I showed her my confirmation and she still don?t haveit. I asked well I?m showing her the receipt and it?s pay for. Can?t they just make the order. After she discussed with herteam. Asked me to park in the front and I waited outside for 30 minutes and still nothing. This is unacceptable!!! Read more

This is the 2nd time I've come here and they've been closed. The first time was at midnight and I got to the window, no one... around, workers told me they were closed. I asked about their hours and they got an attitude with me. This time around it is10:10pm, drive up, open sign on, absolutely no one to be found inside, no answer on the drive through speaker, and it didn'teven seem like there were speakers in it. I wish i could leave a 0 star review. I ordered delivery through the Jack in the Box app for this location and they contacted... uber to bring me my food. The food got delivered to the wrong address and since jack has my credit card information and money, icontacted them to return the money to me. The manager refused and when i asked for a meeting with his superior, he declined. Hedoesn?t even want to meet me in person so i can show him the proof i have from my surveillance camera showing that no food wasdelivered to my house. The manager is Raymundo and should be fired. WORST ONE TO GO TO. Closes location to my house every time over a 15 minute wait even before I pay. I just went and ordered two... fries and a sandwich, waited for 10 minutes when no one was in front of me then they forget my dam sandwich. This happens allthe time like seriously it?s ridiculous if I wait for that dam long my food better be right ???????????? This location is the worst definitely will not be back. First time I went ended up parked at the speaker waiting for an... employee to take my order. I pulled up to window to see what was going on was told store closed early with no explanation why.Second time I went the employee put my loaded frys in a hamburger box (see photo) box started to rip and grease spilled andsmaller portion of frys. would like to get what I paid for. When I go to other Jack In The Box locations services aren't thebest but not the worse like this location. no hot sauce was offered for my tacos definitely took the survey! Been going to thisfast food chain for years and there is always something wrong at different locations. I keep thinking customer service willimprove but not the case! Jack in The Box as a whole needs to work on that. UPDATE!!!!: Unfortunately will never bring myfamily back to any Jack in the Box locations. After taking the survey was contacted by David and guest relations once (seeattached photos) issue still not resolved! David never responded back after the first email he sent me. I instead received aemail from guest relations asking to retake survey after already taking it. Customer service has went down in all areas of thisfood chain. Don't waste your money.
