Would not allow me to order in the drive through after 3am stating online or delivery orders only. I pulled into the parking lot... and tried to order online and their site was down so I couldn't order. I drove 12 miles round trip and couldn't order in thedrive through. That's totally insane. This is the second time i go to this jack and their system is down or they are only attending Uber eats...which i believe don't... serve this hours of the night .. so what is going on why are they even open if they are not attending customers? Jack is gonnago broke paying them for telling their customers they cannot take orders. Read more
Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Ate half the sandwich and noticed that the egg was green in color. Informed the staff no... apologies. But they did remake me another one. I couldn't eat it I was to turned off. Never will I eat here again. Also learnedto look at what ever I am eating after one bite. Read more
This was the worst drive thru experience. It took 15 minutes to prepare 4 tacos and an ice coffee. As we were waiting the person... in the window was listening to music .Due to that she couldn't hear many people honking . As all of this was happening we werein a rush so it made it worse. Read more
Awful. One of my lemonade were orange. Wrong chicken salad. Burger missing and nobody won't answer the d*** phone!
