Literally every time I order, it takes forever and they always waste the drivers time. They always get the orders wrong, how do... you make something and miss most of the ingredients? I asked three times for an item and got all the way home and they did not put it in the bag. I ordered mashed potatoes and... usually they put gravy on the side but not this time. Some people in my party likes gravy some do not. It messed up our dinnerlast night after 40.00 dollars. Read more
Why in H there was a receipt or paper in my drink?? I didn't noticed until I finished my drink and removed the cap there was... something extrange moving inside the cup like what why would anyone do this? It could have something else or worse! Literally threw this chicken in the bag & it was incredibly hard. Missing a whole side & drink & all the manager says is ?do you... want a refund?. Only get 2 stars because the food most of the times is good. But man is the service here absolute pathetic. The workers are... extremely lazy and extremely rude. If you don?t like your job, quit. Have someone who actually wants to work have your position.The manager at the time I just went( I didn?t see his name, but the Hispanic guy) is even worse and pathetic. No receipt paper so I couldn't leave a proper review. At 6:30 pm a manager tell the cashier that there is no more extra crispy... and he won't be making any. He never spoke to me, after I had already paid for extra crispy. The cashier was understanding andpolite. Read more

Ordered Nashville 3pc tenders, but when I got my order I realized it was regular tenders and did not have the pickles it usually... comes with. Went back to tell them I got the wrong order, but was told that was what I ordered. But it wasnt, even my recieptsaid Nashville hot tenders.
