Neat Place, love that they allow Dogs. But the service bordered on non existent. Seated outside took 16 min to take a drink... order (I think they forgot about us until another table was seated) and the waitress took another 20 min to bring us a beer(which wasn't brought by our waitress, and after I asked about our drinks) There was 4 cars in the parking lot so they were notbusy at 3pm on a Friday. Honestly I really wanted to like this place and the house beers were very good but the poor outdoorservice on a beautiful but very Hot day is inexcusable. Read more
I’ll start by saying I am a butter cake fanatic! And, especially from Lazy Dog, when done right. I’ve had their butter cake... twice. This one was more on the dry side, so I endured it. But, on any other day it makes me melt! Lol The food is great hereand Erin took care of us and was very hospitable. My husband ordered the chicken pot pie, but felt it was too sweet for hisliking. In return, he ordered the bison meatloaf with mashed potatoes. It wasn’t what he envisioned and the texture of themeat was very soft. First time trying, as well. I had the umami fries with the spicy ribs. They were good, but I wouldn’torder again. The sauce for the fries and ribs were great though! Read more
I have been thinking about trying this place for a while but was very skeptical. The service was great. And because it was my... first time there they gave me a complimentary welcome appetizer. The food was delicious. They offer brunch on Saturday andSunday. Very nice atmosphere. I will definitely return. Read more
I have eaten here regularly for over a year, and I always leave satisfied. The fried devil eggs, house salad, in-house honey... mustard, bacon candy, Dirty Dog, and brocoli ham mac n cheese skillet are all awesome. Service is always great here, too. One of my new favorite places. The food is always good, the drinks are mixed will, and the beer is very tasty. So far, I've had... the banana foster French toast, soy ginger salmon, and Thai noodles - all very good. The spicy jelly and goat milk cream cheeseis a tasty treat, and the desserts are heavenly. First, I was so pleasantly surprised we were able to be seated immediately during Sunday brunch. We were seated near a roaring... fire, perfect for a cold January day. Atmosphere is so cozy for a chain. Their Pot Roast Dip was amazing! I also love how crisptheir fries are. The manager checked with us directly regarding our meal and made us feel so taken care of. All these poorrestaurants have been so slammed with COVID that they usually don’t have the bandwidth for the level of service we received.It was lovely and well noted. Lazy Dog used to be a restaurant I loved going to, but overtime, fell off. Their service has gotten incredibly slow and the... food- mediocre. Our most recent visit was highly disappointing. Took the waiter a while just to come to our table in the firstplace, and took almost 30 minutes just to receive the food. My meal was warm at best- not pipping hot like it should be, whichtold me it had probably been sitting out for a while before it was brought. My pot roast French dip sandwich was ratherflavorless and disappointing. To top it all off, when I unrolled my napkin I noticed that the fork still had food residue lefton it- yuck! Meaning whoever rolled the silverware obviously was not paying attention- or better yet, didn’t care!! Overall,this fine dinning establishment is overpriced, lackluster, with mediocre service.
