Dirty restaurant, the lady at the front counter was rude. She didn't get my order right and left to talk on phone. I said dine... in but they made my order to go. When I did get my food it was what been lying under a heat lamp all day and re dipped infryers. Tough, dry, dark, and oily. I had to get my money back. Even worse they gave me back all 1 dollar bills and quarters. Ipaid with card. Don't waste your time coming here. Read more
Long wait to be served even though they were not busy. MGR/Supervisor on duty was disorganized and could not motivate his team.... Not one single person greeted customers coming in or thank them from coming. Service was poor. No contact numbers provided tocontact corporate if needed. I got a, 3 piece meal 2 wings & a leg. They left out the leg & gave me 2 of the worst wings I've ever had from a KFC!! Not to... mention they didn't ask if i wanted original or crispy!! Literally the worst location I've been to. The employees are a knowledgeable about their menu as well as rude. I came the first... time and he had no clue what I was talking about when speaking on the receipt coupon that simply is easiest turning it over. Took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge myself at counter. A 3y/o child ran throughout the entire kitchen area (either GM or... owner child). Custmoer washed her hands at beverage station! The bathroom faucet was disgusting! Read more
Sadly, this isn't a good one. Tried going two days ago and there were 5 people in line, all with complaints/wrong food etc.. I... left and went to another location. They "didn't have any malt vinegar." Sorry but that's kinda one of y'all's things...I gotoday, only person in building and.. well the fryer oil probably hasn't been changed in 2 months.. I got the "taste" kinda, butnot what this company used to be about... I only have two stars because they had vinegar the second time around. Read more
A decent but not great fish place. If you've eaten at a LJS before, you know what you're getting, and that's why you come here.... Although I didn't receive any extra "crunchy bits" this last time. This location is currently co-branded with KFC. KFC has morespace on the menu board. Read more
I'm developing a disapproval status for the KFC/LJS locations in my area. My last visit to the 303 facility in GP was... unsatisfactory, so I elected to drive an extra 3 miles to the Arlington site. I spent nearly $50 for some dried out food. There has to be a protocol for items that are cooked and placed in the warming area. I normally trust reputable businesses toprovide a quality meal, but now I will have to inspect leaving. Read more
