Went to the this restaurant at 8:40PM tonight 7/28/22 and got 4 tacos de Asada. The cashier lady that took my order was rude and... rushing me. The employees were cleaning the venue and seemed more interested in cleaning to get out at closing rather thanproviding decent customer service. The cashier lady gave me the wrong amount of change in return. She told me my amount due was$9.31, I gave her $10 dollars and she only gave me 0.10 cents back. Before the cashier lady handled my food she was cleaningsurfaces with spray. I did not hear her wash her hands when she went to handle my food. Whoever owns this place, please trainyour employees to make your restaurant welcoming with customer service, train them how to count change, and the teach them theimportance of washing hands when handling food. I love the food, but it could be pricey for an order or tacos and a drink you will be paying around $15-20 dls. The only reason... why I go to this place is because the food is good because the service is alright you never get a receipt to see what you gotcharged for and the place could be dirty sometimes and it takes forever to order your food. I can't tell you how many times I've driven up on Cooper after passing Arbrook and wondered how their food tasted. Tonight I was... wanting some authentic Mexican food and decided to stop by here. Their place is small but their food is amazing. I ordered 3quesatacos de birra con consume The rice and beans are extra.. Told the cashier it was my first time coming and also told herI picked up fast food from across the parking lot for the family. This place is the real deal. Their quesatacos just melt inyour mouth and both the red and green salsas paired well with the tacos. The consume was phenomenal. Refried beans made my eyesroll back as it made me think of my mom's cooking. I highly recommend LOS TACOS WAY as you will not be disappointed. I’ve been locked in my office swamped with work and got away for a quick sec to grab food.. SO HAPPY I found this place! I... could eat these tacos everyday! So flavorful! The consume made me wanna crawl in bed for the day lol this was good for the soul!The owner and staff were friendly and social and quick with their service. It had such a family feel.
