Waited over 5 minutes to place my order riven though no one was in the restuarant. I had to ask for my order to be taken! The... manager looked at me twice as did several staff without acknowledging my presence! Ordered on the McDonald?s app we finally arrive in the pickup parking location and they tell us they can?t find the order, then... they tell us to go through drive thru to pick it up. We waited in line for a long time we get to the window and they tell usthey still can?t find the order?! At this point we are angry because they made us waste our time in drive thru because the linewas so long instead of simply telling us that they still couldn?t find our order, we could have just simply had reordered itagain Before we went to drive thru. We finally reorder after waiting for an hour because of there mistakes and they give us thewrong things!!GET IT TOGETHER! This visit was at an unfamiliar location. We will definitely be going out of our way to visit this location again! The food... quality here was far above the quality we've had in Mansfield or other Arlington locations. Their bread actually tastedfresh,the burger was cooked without being dried out,and the French fries were perfectly golden. The teenager is picky about thedrink, however the " ice didn't taste funny,and it had just the right amount of syrup/ carbonation that lets you know you gotit at McDonald's". I hope u have 15+ min to waste. It took 20 min to finally be fed up and get THEIR attention after I was told to park while... waiting for my order. I had a med fry +double cheeseburger, that's it. I patiently watched multiple cars that parked after me,get their food and leave. When i finally got a workers attention and told him my food order, it meant nothing to him. I hadto repeat my order because I guess he can't look up what order 76 was? How is he keeping track if he doesn't know what orderhe's delivering? Read more
I live within a mile of this McDonald's. I hit the drive thru probably once a week. My order is always correct and the lines... move quickly. The people taking the payment and the people serving the orders are always friendly too. Read more
This McDonald's they try to charge u extra for sauce wich makes no sense I've worked for McDonald's if I got 12 nuggets I can... ask for more than 2 sauces they've made a big deal about it twice now. I can go to a different one and get 4 for my kids noproblem (they also dip w fries) but here they want to charge... After this second time they told me they put 6 in my bag andstill didn't there was only 2 I won't be returning fries were old as well. I actually went into the McDonald's, they were busy, so ordered from the kiosk, thinking I was making it easier for them. But... 25min later and a few angry customers later, I was asking where my meals were. Never apologized, never spoke to me just handedmy food to me and turned around. Then my fries weren't hot, my nuggets were almost ice cold. The only thing that was good, wasmy soda and my granddaughters big Mac, but she's 6, so it was great to her. Read more
