Usually very good. Using the App has been a nightmare. Twice it hasn't worked properly.noone there can work it or knows how to... fit it. Totally disaster. Missing food and drinks, making my wait time extra long. I thought this new way was a time saver ???Not a total WASTE of time. Read more
Very disappointed. Picked up lunch for my 6 yr old great grandson but didn?t get the xtra fries or any of the dipping sauces I... paid for. Discovered this only after I drove all the way home and, of course, they didn?t give me a receipt with my purchase.Next time I?ll just sit at the pickup window till I can throughly check out my order. Horrible customer service On multiple occasions I got the wrong order, I?ve been charged the wrong amount and assured of a... refund. 2 months no refund, on multiple occasions missing items And given back wrong change. Really need to work on training andcustomer service at this location Read more
Sad Sad Sad.. Took a 20 30 min for a small order and not only that we was the only one in line but by the time we got our food... it had been about 20 to 30 minutes and the line was full and then people started driving off and honking horns we don't knowwhat was going on the man just said sorry and gave us the meal so I don't know if everybody walked out on him because we sawmore employees about four to five more employees walking out the door at a time,as if no employee took all of our orders indrive threw.and when he gave us the frappe the frappe have been sitting there for a long time and I just couldn't believe thatthe manager handed it to us anyway knowing we asked if it was OK to make it when we get to the window, so it will be good andfresh and I saw him pour it in there threw the window..thinking he was gonna poor it out..but no that management did CARE..but Iwas ready to go .HAD a event that was running late to thanks McDonald's ????????and just said hey when or if the map asked meabout this McDonald's I was slightly give them a review of what happened and if you want further information feel free tocontact...because it was very sad Read more
