Horrible service. Everyone behind us got their order before us. Then they gave our order away and actually got upset because we... asked for our money back. Had to argue for about 10 minutes to get the refund. They have truly gone downhill. They were alsotouching and scratching their bodies while handing food without gloves. Placed a curbside order at 7:45 pm and checked in at 8:06pm sat there for 20 minutes watching them knock down order after order... in drive thru. Had to call 4 times before someone answered the phone. Mind you the guy working drive thru window #2 where youpick the food up from seen me sitting there. I have been a manager in this industry for over10 yrs and the customer service isalways bad here. Read more
I'll be avoiding this spot from now on. Got off work late and I wanted to swing by and grab some food omw home really quickly.... What I thought was going to be 5 or 10 mins, ended up being 45 mins! I know there were 5 other cars in front but they waited along time too. Maybe even longer. And my McChicken was DRY and gross. My fries were cold. When I have picked up door dashes inthe past, it takes a very long time also. About 30 or 40 mins. I don't know why I thought this time would be different. I willnot be back. They rly need to get a manager who can run their business better during the PM shifts. Seems to be an ongoingissue. During the day, I've had 1 good experience. Horrible experience! No receipt! Long wait! When asked for additional fries ordered they acted like we wanted free food and... cashier brought 2 extra people to check order and figured out they did in fact had the Large fires order on fries on anotherbag. Poor customer service. Owner or Manager needs to know what?s going on!? This is not acceptable. These people working onthis shift need to get a WAKE UP Call! This place is not worth it. They are far very unorganized. They will get your order wrong very often. That?s unacceptable. I... don?t know who is the manager but he needs to do a better job on handling the store. The workers there are not very welcomingand act like they don?t care. Unbelievable!!! Read more
This location does not know how to read a label or an order. I have order from here a few times from Uber eats and every time... the order is wrong. I don?t know what needs to happen but reading is Fundamental and should be taught to those who are having anissue preparing orders correctly. Get it together or hire better!!!! Read more
Definitely do not recommend this McDonald?s. I?ve been waiting i. This line. For 30+ minutes and it had been such a long wait... apparently my order was no longer on their screen. He had me repeat my order and wrote it down with a pen and finally started tomake the order. Meanwhile inside 4 employees were dancing around and talking to friends. This was a drive thru order. I ordered three small items. I had to pull over and wait for one item to cook. I sat there for 20... minutes and nothing. I had to pull around and park, and go inside to find out what was going on. When i get inside i see themanager sitting at a table in the lobby on her cell phone. When i got up to the cashier I told her what happened. She never saidI'm sorry or changed her expression. She simply went iver and pulled my order. I will never go back. Read more
