Customer service ok. The Shroom Tea is interesting but a little too sweet for me. It was pretty though with the layered colors.... Got our drink, no garnish or limes, had to ask. I went in during a super busy holiday weekend and I must say the staff managed to still keep calm with massive rush. The ladies... room was out of soap and when I told staff they just brought me hand sanitizer. So that kind of left me perplexed to how staffwas washing their hands. The food was ok. Fun menu. The food was good with decent portions. It was clearly a neat place some time ago, but now feels tired and worn out.... The menus were literally sticky to the touch as was the floor I am sure. I was not sure that the well worn and hole riddenseat covers were going to hold me for the duration of the meal. It's sad to me when a once fun place gives up the ghost likethis. It's in extreme need of an update and a deep cleaning. Our server Mary was adequate, but clearly over worked. The food here is really good. Even though we called to place an order to go, we ended up eating here after seeing how chill the... environment inside the restaurant was! We had an amazing waiter Jake. He was patient with us even though we got there about 20 minutes before closing. He was awesome... in suggesting what we should choose. The strawberry lemon limeade was delicious and so was the brownie. The wings were wonderfuland the pizza was good. I liked that we could get half and half on the wings and pizza. Cloud 9 and hot sauce wings were mineand my friends favorite part of the meal. Nice atmosphere and the coupon I got on my receipt was a nice plus. Definitely arepeat place for me! Read more
Came in at 7:43 with a party of 6 and the hostess informed us that the kitchen was closed and they were shutting down early. We... explained we would pay extra we had family in town and they turned us away even when the signage at the door states they closeat 9pm. Will never come here again! Twisted Root was by far better down the way! Twisted Root had better customer service andquality of food! Read more
