Placed an order over Uber eats for an xl 2 topping pizza and I put both toppings to be Canadian bacon accidentally, but meant to... put pineapple and Canadian bacon, so I called the store to see if they could change that, and right off the bat, Eric, theassistant manager, had an attitude. I explained what happened and at first he acted like he had no idea what order I was eventalking about, and then tried to tell me I didn?t order what I told him I ordered and they couldn?t swap out the toppingsbecause it would ?change the price? on Uber eats, even though I confirmed with him the toppings were the same price, and when myboyfriend tried to explain the situation better and let him know he was misunderstanding me, Eric immediately cut him off andvery harshly said ?no you?re not understand ME?. Knowing the conversation was going to go nowhere at that point with Eric?sattitude, I just hung up. I know it was very close to closing time (didn?t realize that at time of ordering, but they confirmedthe order before I called), but it?s not a good business decision to have someone answer the phone who?s going to have anattitude about doing their job, especially as an assistant manager. This was my first time coming here and overall it was a great experience. I was greeted by the most friendly and polite host. I... am big on customer service and based off that plus the food and atmosphere this is the best pizza joint in the area! Very clean,and has a mom-pop feel. No restroom or dine-in but they are one of the few places that still offer deals/coupons and fair pricespost-pandemic/national price increases. Pizza was good, but didn't have the flavored crust as ordered, and the Jimstix were okay (we added peppers & onions), but the... chicken nuggets were overdone and inedible. Read more
The pizza here is so good, it's unbelievable! The pizza is piping hot and the cheese and ingredients are so fresh. I recommend... the thin crust. Yes the pizza is a little higher than other places but you really do get what you pay for in terms of qualityand taste. It's worth it to pay a little more for such exceptional pizza. Completely disappointed. I had such high hopes for the restaurant, its 2 min from where I live so would have been... great. Instead I ordered and was told order would arrive within 30-40min. 1hr later i call and ask about my order and was told Ihaven't waited long enough. Then 1.5 hrs later I call again and am told its on the way. Food finally arrived almost 1.45 hrlater and everything is COLD, wings are SOO soggy and my sub was soggy-raw chewy tasting bacon.
