Americanized Asian food. A little pricey but ok. For apps we ordered fried green beans and calamari. The fried green beans were... tender and delicious when dipped in the spicy orange sauce. The calamari needs a little work...some were tender and some werechewy but nice to dipped in the Wasabi cream sauce. I ordered the miso glazed salmon on top of napa cabbage and spinach. Thesalmon was a bit overcooked but loved the aroma of the plated veggies which had a strong ginger flavor which I like. Hubbyordered the Mongolian beef which was modified to remove the green onions and replaced with broccoli. It was nothing special andthe beef was a little tough to chew. Son ordered the mapo tofu. Not bad either for a vegetarian dish. Service was good andattentive and will give 5 star to our waiter. It had been a while since I ate at PF Chang perhaps over 20 yrs ago? We’ve been to the Long Island PF Chang’s in Roosevelt Field mall in NY many times and this place was very similar in... experience and ambience. Our server Lacey was excellent. She knew how to take the orders, how to treat us with courtesy and howto have the food served with the necessary condiments without even having to ask a second time. Very impressed with theexperience. Food wise - Theirs have always been the ‘Chinese’ food for the ‘American’ palate and NOT the ‘chinatown’ Chinese food. We still enjoy their food! Read more
Really wanted PF Changs To Go tonight but they were super busy, so we had to go to the actual restaurant! The great thing is the... menu has more variety. I got the Shrimp Fried rice it did not disappoint , the lettuce wraps were delicious as well! My desserthowever, may have been much better at the restaurant, it was not pretty (see below)! Second time at this location. The drinks were good and strong. Got their pork dumplings, spare ribs, korean glass noodles, fire... cracker shrimp and Mongolia beef.
