I ordered food at the drive thru, the employee hands me my drink and tells me to pull forward, I wait 15 mins up front and still... did not receive my food, then I go to the drive thru window and ask where?s my order she says what order? I?m like the order Ipurchased, she says why are you yelling at me? Do you want a refund, I tell her yes, she walks away, did not give refund or myfood, the cops had to hand me my food, she refuse to give me my food and I wasn?t violent or loud, there?s a video I recordedand also a witness? the employee also ran out the store handing other people orders but mines, this is very unprofessional. It is terrible that this restaurant in front of one of the most famous stadiums in the world, is already closed at 5 pm and only... allows you to buy through the Drive Thru, to eat inside my car, eat at home. this doesn't make sense Read more
Inside hours are wrong. Lights all on, chairs down but they said it was closed and had to go through drive thru. Closed early... for whatever reason. This was at 7:30pm. And then we tried to use a coupon for two beyond chikn bowls and were not allowed toeven pay the extra fee for the upcharge. So, ended up paying full price for two bowls.
