I used the self serve kiosk. My food was not labeled at the window and when I asked the staff if my food was ready because I got... a text, they asked me what I got and generally looked confused on which bag held what. They had to open up the packaging of thesandwich, and the dine-in order was packaged as a to-go order. Only one of the three working kiosks processed paymentcorrectly. One one of the four was completely broken. One of the four people I was with ordered through a cashier. The cashierput in her order wrong and refused to find anyway to get her the right item without making her pay full price. When my friendapproached her with the receipt and her issue, the cashier brushed her off and seemed uninterested. The grilled cheese I gotwas mushy and not grilled and the bread was stale. Overall I don?t think I?ll go back until much later in the semester if I doat all. Disappointing, as the location at my hometown was amazing. I understand that it is easy to get things wrong working infood, but the refusal to follow proper procedures (putting a copy of the order on the food or simply labeling the bag with thename) combined with the workers lack of knowledge about what they were doing was concerning. And I hope to see improvement if Iever do come back. Read more
They do not accept dining dollars or college park dollars. Came here for lunch and was told they don't take them even though ALL... campus dining locations accept it. Ridiculous Read more
The $8 chicken salad sandwich I ordered has about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad in each half. It?s basically a lettuce and... tomato sandwich. Not much value here. The chicken that?s on it tastes fine. The bread crust is chewy. Read more
The food is always great and the service is good! Wish the prices were a little friendlier though.
The food here is tasty and healthy. I have never ordered something here and not liked it. I like this Panera better than any... other I've been to simply because their portion sizes here seem to be more generous than the others. I love Panera food and havegone for years. The only down side is, they are pretty expensive. That's why I like this location better than the others -youget a little more for your money. The service has always been great whenever I go. It's on campus, so parking is always a trial,but if you have a parking pass for UTA, you can use the parking garage right behind the restaurant. I also love that Paneradonates their leftover bread at the end of the day to charity organizations. The only reason I don't give five stars is becauseof the prices. I would definitely come here way more often if I could afford it. Read more
LOVE this location! We order from here probably a couple times a month and have everything delivered to the office. No matter... how many orders we have with crazy customization they always get it right and it's here in the delivery window. I often visit this location because it is close to my school. The food is okay but very pricey for what you get. If you are not... careful then you can easily spent $20, yet the quality of the taste is exceptional. The staff has always been so accommodating, they are so friendly. Make sure that you take advantage of being a member, a lot of rewards that can decrease your order total. Read more
It has been the past 3 weeks they have stated that there coffee machine doesn?t work? I have the unlimited sip cup subscription,... but yet they don?t have coffee. I honestly don?t think this is the case. I believe they stop making coffee at a certain timedue to the upkeep, potent extra work. All other Panera Breads serve coffee throughout the day.
