Apparently the girl working in there is illiterate. Went in to pick up my order, she looked through the ready orders and told me... it would be five more minutes. So I tried ordering the special pizza deal online then called the store to ask why the credit card payments are not working they... never heard this, so I asked is there another type of special close to this special? No they said and they didn't even try topromote another deal it was like I was an inconvenience to them the first girl I spoke to never told me she was going to put meon hold she just push the button not once but a couple times I thought I was hung up on. Then I guess the mod came on but thatwasn't any better. So are the employees not trained to know what promo deals are? If I could give it ZERO star I surely would! First, "manager" stated that their oven was messed up so my order would take... another hour! When my order was finally delivered, the driver (door dash) literally THREW my pizza on the ground turning itover. the same said manager was rude and told me that delivery was not their problem...and proceeded to TAKE HER EYE LASHES OFFWHILE MESSING WITH THE PIZZA!!!!!! Everyone one in this PaPa Johns has very long hair .., no one there wears a hair net which is why I shouldn?t have been... surprised when I found a long dark hair inside my pizza.. it was so gross to taste that sweet pizza sauce with that long stringof hair hanging from my pie slice ? this was definitely food trauma.won?t be back for a long time. Tristan is the inept manager. ADA will be advised, I'm seriously disabled and a service dog and not tolerant. Sickly sweet is my... voice, always. Pizza was tasty and I called, called, called and they kept hanging up, and never answered. Driver was told "sheis scary" and he absolutely disagreed. Avoid this establishment.
