Problem with this Papa John's, once again. The last time, a driver, employed by Papa John's, cussed me out because he couldn't... find our apartment. This time, the driver marked our pizza as delivered and it wasn't, so I called the store and whom I assumeis a manager called the driver and was told he called me and I didn't answer, then he banged on our door and no one answered sohe left the pizza at the doorstep. I told him no one called me or knocked and I have a ring doorbell to prove that. Shawn saidhe would have to check the driver's phone to confirm the story because when this driver says something, it's true. I asked himto go ahead and refund the order and we'll order from somewhere else, and he said he can't until he checks with his driver. Hemay as well have come straight out and called me a liar. My boyfriend asked to speak with him and when I handed him the phone,Shawn hung up. Unprofessional, rude and the most ridiculous excuse for a pizza place. Never received my delivery!,waited over an hour for my food to be delivered and it never arrived!,but on the tracker it showed... delivered ?,so I called the store and explained what happened they say that the driver texted me that it was delivered and leftmy order in the breakroom! ? for the record I never received a phone call or text from the driver and my information and phonenumber was correct. I have never had a problems with papa johns until they start using Door dash to deliver for them. Ordered papa johns a couple of... months ago and the driver left the order at a different unit I ordered from papa johns today and delivery driver left the orderat a totally different address.. the manager at papa johns did his best to fix things i just ended up getting a refund. OMG does this guy have an oven in his car Lol my pizza got here so fast and so hot! I know it's not going to happen all the... time but this is the first time I've ordered Papa John's and it is the bomb! I stopped eating just so I can let you guys knowhow much of a good job you've done. I won't comment on the fact that the pizza was cold and took an hour, I'll blame that on delivery. That said, still a 1 star. I... ordered a chicken, spinach, alfredo pizza with extra cheese. I paid $2 for about 10 leaves of spinach, $2 for like 10 pieces ofchicken, and $2 for extra cheese that wasn't even there. To be honest i dont even think theres alfredo sauce on it. Then another$3 for it to be large. Look at the pizza. It's pathetic. My $3 for a large just went into the crust. This was my first timeordering Papa Johns in years and I was extremely disappointed in the quality and price. Read more
